APPOINTMENTS
Requests can be made by phone, in person, by email or online. For fastest service, call for appointment. Requests can also be made from our Facebook business page.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
Our service providers are paid on commission, last minute cancellations make it difficult or impossible to fill that time slot.

We request 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations. No-shows or last minute cancellations may result in pre-payment being required for future appointments.

 

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
Should be reported within 2 days. We cannot accept any liability for services not reported within this time. Adjustments will be provided by the same service provider. We reserves the right to assign another service provider of equal or higher level.

 

RETURNS
Merchandise returned after 30 days or without proof of purchase will be issued a store credit. No cash refunds will be given. A store credit will be issued for any difference when making an exchange for goods or service of different values, as determined by the management.

PAYMENT
Cash and all major credit cards are most welcome. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks.
